Hello! My name is Jeremy Green, and I'm a recent graduate of Northeastern University with a B.S. in Environmental & Sustainability Sciences. I am incredibly passionate about innovative, mission-driven, and interdisciplinary work that aims to improve the relationship between people and the planet and ultimately harness that interaction to provide as many benefits as possible.
My connections to DC, Boston, and Cape Cod have imbued me with a deep appreciation for the diverse ways that the natural world can integrate with day-to-day life and the infinite forms of connections that people can make with their environment. As I enter the early phases of my professional career, I hope to find opportunities to make a tangible positive impact on a small scale that allows me to develop a sincere personal understanding and appreciation of the people and places I'm working to help.
Particular areas of interest and expertise include GIS, urban stormwater, wetlands science, and quantitative data analysis (Excel and R). I am also passionate about effective scientific communication to diverse audiences; I want my work to be driven by and accessible to everyday people, places, and things rather than relying on grant funding or journal publications.
I hope you enjoy browsing the selection of past work I've uploaded here, and feel free to drop me an email or reach out over LinkedIn if you want to connect!
